Celebrating

My book (W)hole was published in May of 2009. Exactly two years later, over 100 copies have been sold!

To be exact, 109 copies, including the Kindle version, have sold so far. Not exactly numbers that will allow me to quit my day job, but I think it’s pretty amazing. My hard work paid off. I’ve told many of you, but not all, that it took me ten years to write (W)hole. I had the idea when I was volunteering at the Information Center for Individuals with Disabilities in Massachusetts when I was 17 years old. It was a very different story back then. I worked it over and over and over and finally published it when I was 27.

I continue to work hard on a sequel for it. The outline is done and I’m getting through 1,000 words/day toward a first draft. I have many other stories in various states of progress and I look forward to publishing a book of short stories soon as well.
